Notifying People of the HiQ vs LinkedIn decision
I believe some people may have concerns considering #60 #112 about the legality of this, but last year might have changed this.
Although this, is probably already well known, I believe there should be some notice that the courts (for now) have ruled in favor of scraping publicly available data (does not require login to access) because it does not violate their interpretation of CFAA's term, "unauthorized access". You can check out the decision here.
