Visual glitch on removing preferred apps

@tasomaniac I'm on F-Droid v2.9-floss d/t #67/#99, & it has a weird visual glitch when removing preferred apps from the list inside OLW: when doing so, it shows the entry @ position №1 being removed, not the I chose. When I exit from that screen & reopen, it does seem that the correct entry is removed, so just visual bug.

Pls let me know if you need more details.
