docs/Sonoff-DIY.md: $HASH is the sha256sum of the firmware file

In page docs/Sonoff-DIY.md, the last curl uses $HASH without defining it beforehand. I understand that it is meant to contain the sha256sum of the firmware file, but this should be documented.
