Loss of icons and colours from task groups
For some reason I lost connection to my Google account in tasks. This meant I lost all my task groups. When I restored permissions i got the task groups back, but all the icons and colours I set up seem to have been lost
I don't know if it's related, but I get the same thing whenever I migrate to a new phone. I also seem to lose custom tag colors. I've tried 2 different methods:
- Doing an export from the old phone and importing the file on the new phone
- Connecting both the old and new phone to my Nextcloud instance via DavX.
The weird thing is occasionally, just occasionally 1 icon will migrate successfully, but most of the time none of them do. I can looking on the issues here hoping to find a workaround or fix.
Just migrated phone and lost 26 out of 27 of my icons and tag colors again. Is there no way to export / migrate these?
When you migrate are you loading your backup file before re-enabling synchronization?
To be honest, I don't remember, but I would have thought that was the order I would have assumed was needed. I can try migrating back to my old phone with restore before sync and report back.
