[Feature request] Persistant quick add notification for lockscreen & status bar

I recently switch over to this app from another todo list app due to a couple problems and privacy concerns.

The app I used previously has a feature to show a persistent notification of the task with the earliest due date (see screenshot). This notification opens the app or when pressing the "+" let's you create a new task in the app. It's also shown as the latest notification, so it will be always present on the lock screen/in the status bar without having to scroll.

Is it possible to get such a notification that will always show up in the status bar/lock screen and goes to the app when selected?
