Move Task List using Manage Drawer feature

Use the Manage Drawer feature to drag and drop Task Lists from one account to another. Currently Task Lists can be dragged and dropped within the same account, but for some reason there is no way to drag and drop a list to a different account (e.g. from local to Etesync).
