RedisStreamSentinelBroker does not work same way as RedisStreamBroker

I can't pass in unacknowledged_batch_size to sentinel streaming broker. I see this because sentinel doesn't do unacknowledged fetch - Should they not allow most of the same functionality?

My solution was to copy the code and override the broker
