Allow customizing badges text

Allow us to replace TC by some custom text. TC is a nice default but it doesn't mean much to external people. Especially if #5272 ever gets fixed, it'd be nice to have a Build badge and a Deploy badge for example.

I had a quick look and unfortunately this doesn't seem trivial as the SVG contains a rendered version of the text already

I like this idea. The only issue with custom text, is it might not fit in the tiny graphic and is specific to a design.
