Modify the flow if you're not new to Ethereum

Not sure if meant to import account or create new one, but account creation stuck on this screen. Tapping button will not move flow forward, iphone 10 IMG_3012

@mokn Thanks for pointing this out! That's just there as a placeholder screen for now, but we should have it clearly marked as such or remove it.
