Let users opt in to analytics in the app (we aren't collecting any analytics data now)

For improving the product, it would be useful to know how long each account funding step is taking for real users, when users leave the app before getting to an important screen, etc.

But it would be essential that we only collect this data if the user very clearly agrees to provide it after understanding what we would be collecting, and we would have to steward this data responsibly (by web 3 standards, not web 2 standards).
