/kind bug **What steps did you take and what happened:** I'm trying to setup Fairing for onPrem cluster using Microk8s. Fairing documentation states that Fairing uses docker to build/push images....

It worked fine initially for like 2-3 times but after that it always hangs on the step and while i waited for some time today, it threw Out of Memory...
