Hi @KOLANICH . There is not enough information to help here. Can you provide the full code and traceback? Are you using cmd or a different terminal? Are you running on an administrator account or a limited user?

I use cmd. The user is in Administrators group. The console codepage is changed to utf-8 with chcp util. The output contains unicode. I cannot provide the full source for now, it is the source of the program I'm debugging, it seems to be far from being finished and full of the details irrelevant for this bug. I'll try to make a demonstration program.
