Update Bootstrap from 2.3.2 to 3.0.3

This fork is not maintained any more. Check out my fork. I've already updated it to BS 3. Note that I'm getting ready to pull down the staging branch into the main and there are some breaking changes between v2 and v3

@Eonasdan you script must import moment.js ... i want import datetimepicker alone..

@binlaniua I still have v1 here: https://github.com/Eonasdan/bootstrap-datetimepicker/tree/version1 that is the first bs3 upgrade I did to it without moment. I'm not actively fixing that one as momentjs makes the picker much better, but if all you want is a bs3 upgrade, have at it.
