feature request: add date range for generating xmltv and m3u

Hi title says it pretty much. this feature could be used for people that dont live in the US.

i have trouble to update the files at the right time so i get games in my epg to watch. since i'm living in europe.

not 100% sure if it's a real problem or if it's just me who can't think of a solution with the available options.
