ZSH_CACHE_DIR is not set

It seems the variable ZSH_CACHE_DIR is not set. This is causing zgen oh-my-zsh plugins/docker to fail on this line with:

tee: /completions/_docker: No such file or directory

I'm opening the issue here because I assume that zgen oh-my-zsh is doing the environment initialization.
