Support macOS Catalina

Is there anything to do from our side? I don’t think we can influence this much, and people are going to open issues when they have problems anyway.

There is nothing to do from our side. I think it is useful to have a central issue to link to when Catalina-related problems arise, particularly when they're masked as something else (like #248).

Something seems to have changed:

pre-Catalina I was running lorri as an @reboot cronjob. I was able to monitor progress using tail -f /var/mail/myname and would get prompted for any fetchgit that required a smart card PIN.
under Catalina I can no longer monitor lorri's (or any cronjob) output and no longer get the gnupg PIN prompt.
