Add Analytics/Dashboard

What problem would you like to solve? Please describe: I want a dashboard that showcases total incidents over x amount of time, MTTA, MTTR, Incidients by Service, Uptime by Service, Incidents by escalation policy, interruptions by rotations etc.

Describe the solution you'd like: I want an Analytics section in the nav bar that will showcase a dashboard which contains the total alerts over x amount of time, MTTA, MTTR, Incidients by Service, Uptime by Service, Incidents by escalation policy, interruptions by rotations etc. We should be able to filter by date, service, rotation, escalation policy. We should also be able to download this info as a report.
