Improve On-Call Calendar Subscription Display on Outlook

What problem would you like to solve? Please describe: Currently, Outlook users experience an issue with GoAlert's on-call subscriptions where the entire day is colored as "busy". This is not the desired behavior and interferes with the usability of the Outlook calendar for users who utilize these subscriptions.

Describe the solution you'd like: We would like to look into the possibility of adding non-standard annotations to the ICS output from GoAlert. The goal is to improve the Outlook calendar's display by preventing it from coloring the entire day as busy for on-call subscriptions.

Describe alternatives you've considered: There doesn't appear to be a workaround for this issue currently, as Outlook does not seem to allow any kind of configuration of imported calendars.
