NetPad Add Scoop installation support on Windows

Scoop is a nice CLI utility (like homebrew on macos) that helps you install and update apps. It's easy to add custom bucket and app manifest. I could help I think.

Thanks for opening the issue, and sorry for the late response. I'm in the process of setting up a CI pipeline that will build all the different app bundles I'm offering right now, which are about 20! Currently its a real hassle. I do all the packaging manually, and even though alot of it is automated, its still a real pain.

Once I figure that out, it'll be easier to start pushing to different app repositories. In the meantime if you'd like to help please let me know how I can help you.
