The tests in test_montecarlo.py get skipped. We should go through them and keep the ones we actually need. To Reproduce

A few comments from @wkerzendorf : I think these are the old tests from the C and were never truly ported to Numba. @andrewfullard potentially a good thing to do as part of the restructure.
