Have tardis simlations contain a reference tag to the tardis release version

A string attribute of tardis simulation objects referencing the current tardis release for versioning info. Pickled tardis objects or simulation hdfs may not necessarily be compatible between different releases due to differences in structure or imports. Would be good to have some way to tag version info for compatibility.
