Option to change the formatting (colors) of the logs & Ability to create Log Files

Continuation & Updating wrt issue #1029

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. (1) The current logging has colors to specify the different log levels & severity of the log messages. There should be an option to turn off the colors so that it could be printed with minimal formatting in different environments such as a terminal or Jupyter Notebook. A prototype implementation for the same has been done in PR #1710. With some changes & updating the PR, feature could be implemented.

(2) The Logs for TARDIS should have the ability to be written in a log file. Option & Configuration for the same needs to be created & implemented.
