Add share_target support

Some browsers (Chromimum) let you use a web app as a Share Target:

  • https://web.dev/articles/web-share
  • https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Manifest/share_target

The idea is that you can share content into your web app. For us, that's like being able to copy/paste things into ChatCraft, but from other apps.
