Add possibility to switch off tt executables searching and launching

If multiple tts are installed in bin dir, it is not possible to invoke original, because it finds active tt executable and launches it instead of itself. Need to add CLI flag and/or environment variable to disable this functionality.

Add a diagnostic message in verbose mode (-V option) about invocation of other tt executable.
