Electricity Consumption incorrect during timewarp

Hello!

This is the only error I have found. Every other part of your mod works brilliantly. I also saw the new screenshot of the planned features and I am VERY excited.

The issue I have is as follows. Lets say you are orbiting the sun right? Lets say you have just a cockpit sitting on top of life support supplies sitting on top of a giant orange tank. The giant orange tank is covered 100% in solar panels but only a couple batteries (maybe a few thousand charge).

The issue is that even though there is a REDICULOUS amount of solar panels and they are indeed facing the sun, at 10,000x timewarp my kerbals will 'run out of electricity and die of oxygen toxicity'. This happens frequently enough that I had to go in the config file and give myself a stupid amount of time to survive without electricity.

I am positive this is re-creatable with the steps I have mentioned. However if you would like a video of this all you have to do is ask and I will post a link here. It is the least I could do after all the work you put into this mod!

One issue you might be running into is storage space. KSP doesn't connect resource sources to sinks -- rather, all sources dump into tanks, and then all sinks draw from tanks. At high warp rates, large amounts of resources are being generated and withdrawn, and if you don't have enough batteries to smooth things out, then your batteries may be getting starved (and thus killing your Kerbals).

Interesting. I am attempting a Duna mission soon. When I go I will put mass amounts of battery on it so I can test this. If my results are interesting I'll post back here.
