MFT ServiceModule

I'm setting up the MFT/RF files for B9, and in making sure the right LF capacity is added when TAC LS is present, I noticed you only add LS stuff to ServiceModule for RealFuels, not MFT.

What's the reasoning behind this? Right now I'm having to go with a default tank with echarge added so that MFT tanks can have rcs, echarge AND life support.

As I mentioned when you asked on IRC: I did not know that MFT includes the ServiceModule tank definition. I thought only RF did. I can change that in the next release.
