Make revolutions possible to be a percentage/partial revolution

great add-in / script

be nice to do partial revolutions ... say it only goes 75% around so 0.75 could be used.

say it goes 136% (1 full and 36% of a revolution) so 1.36 would be used.

This would work out easy and great!
