Doesn't refresh on font change

I was trying to use live-server to see changes in a font I'm developing, but it did not seem to refresh when the font file changed. stdout shows that live-server did detect the change, but the page did not show the updated font until I manually refreshed (or hard refreshed, depending on the browser. Tested in Firefox, Brave, and Safari.)
