Update dependencies because of vulnerabilities

Found some vulnerabilities because of outdated dependencies. Fixed that, please consider creating a new npm from it.

Disappointing to see that PR has not been merged. The dependency on an outdated version of chokidar was breaking our tests on macOS (see https://github.com/microsoft/playwright/issues/3090 for details). Given the low activity of this project, we decided to switch to browser-sync which resolved our issue. I suggest others do the same.
