Do not allow empty wish

Describe the bug Right now, the UI allows the user to submit an empty wish. We shouldn't allow that.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Do not add any wish
  • Hit the Add button
  • An empty eish gets added.

Expected behavior

  • The add button shouldn't be enabled unless a wish(at least 2 characters) are added.
