Oracle & PL/SQL Support

Really simple, it would be nice to have support for Oracle SQL, especially for PL/SQL.

@LucasKlemke i needed it as well so i wrote https://github.com/1ilit/oracle-sql-parser, it gets the basics done, but of course would be great to have it here

@taozhi8833998 - I would also make use of this package if it supported Oracle queries.
