should tables.json be updated?

It appears that recent changes that were applied to the tables.json of SPIDER dataset were not propagated to this repository. My understanding is that these changes would be desirable for SPARC as well. Can you confirm?

A related question: are sql fields in this dataset reliable, or should they be regenerated, as they were for SPIDER?
