TDengine Sync leader is restoring

版本：3.2.2.0 单机运行的TDengine今天突然出现code:[0x914],error:Sync leader is restoring，单机也会出现这个问题吗？

没有重启过，已经发现问题发生原因：select count(ts) from 某个子表执行这个语句后造成的。

3.2.2.0 已经是很旧之前版本，不会再单独发布 3.2 版本了，请做好数据备份后，升级到 3.3 的新版本吧。这个版本做了很多优化和改进 @lfan12
