TDengine 3.2.2.0 delete not worked

TDengine 3.2.2.0 无法删除 创表语句

create table if not exists manliang_pen.pen_raw_data_stable (
  ts timestamp,
  cmd TINYINT,

  payload_ts timestamp

);

下面演示根据主键删除数据,删除失败
