我来第一个反馈，就是这个表述可能不是最准确：“所有时间窗口从utc=0时开始”。所有时间窗口不可能从同一时间开始，另外就是时间的完整表述应该是明确说明时区和时刻。看看是不是这样表述好一些：”第一个时间窗口从UTC+0时区的1970年1月1日零时开始，后续时间窗口按照窗口时长的倍数顺延“。
