Add setting to turn off Shroud.email header in emails

This should also hide the "via Shroud.email" text in the From name This is especially important in outgoing emails. Perhaps we should just turn it off entirely there?

e.g. if catch-all is enabled, and they send an email to `[email protected]`, it will fail validation. we should handle this case.
