Announce request failed

Hi @taobataoma I have an issue with annouce request I have build a new server, after installation and configuration, I tried to upload a torrent on the web site and it's OK, no issuer. but when I tried to actualise the status of the announce tracker, I have an error on that it haven't that a torrent with that info_hash on the server

Where am I doing wrong? and what is configuration on the "config/env/comm-variable.js " file? site_sessionSecret: 'mean.im.session.secret',

@tojoaijo the settings of site_sessionSecret is not important, start a new site recommend to set a new value, put it in here, maybe user can focus it more easy.

About the announce error, your site and code all is newest? and the torrent file is reuploaded? do not to use old database and test again, I tested, not show this error, please try again, if any problem, message at here.

I tried with a new server and new code with new database but I have already the same error message capture d ecran_2018-03-22_15-40-37

I tried with another user and the same error, those users are enable to seed a file directly (upload access: "PASS")

I have retried today and I see what is the problem: I need too redownload the torrent file on the web site before to able to seed the file Or I checked the tracker URL on the seeder, it have passkey like on the file who I have redownload on the server

Hi @taobataoma , No, it doesn't work for me :( I have retried many time with always a new build server. when I create the torrent with 'utorrent', and after uploading it to the website, I have this on utorrent after I recheck the status of the tracker

But when I tried to redownload the torrent file on the website and open it with the same utorrent, I have this

seed_ok

or they have the same passkey What's wrong on my server? thank you

@tojoaijo Maybe problem is solved. @nearsou

Now, the torrent file will auto downloaded after upload success. and you must use the downloaded file to seeding, because system add some special fields into it, so info_hash isn`t same for these two files.
