Another option is to just ignore all this and use launcher screen on/off time to calculate the total screen time. Won't even need the screen time permission. 😅

This is typical of Android. The text size can be different on every phone model. You can change the text size from the settings to your liking.
Olauncher settings. Android recently introduced nonlinear text scaling, which is causing this issue for the bigger fonts. Haven't found a way to disable it yet. https://developer.android.com/about/versions/14/features#test-scaling
