This shouldn't happen with any popup in Olauncher so I'm not sure which one is it that you saw.

This shows up after every 25 settings open or so. How frequently are you opening the settings?

I'm not sure what's causing this and how to fix it. You can try turning off the battery optimization for Olauncher (from your phone settings) and restarting the phone once....
