Doesn't work with scrolling in Chrome

@Overv posted this issue in the nzTour repo (https://github.com/nozzle/nzTour/issues/47). I suggested he try this version of the tool, but he reported the same issue. I was not able to reproduce.

When I press "Start Demo" on the website (http://nozzle.github.io/nzTour/) and start scrolling, the overlay stays in the same place:

I get the same problem with Tour and no errors in the console:

Chrome version 61.0.3163.100 on Windows 10

I should add that I cannot reproduce this problem in Firefox, only in Chrome.

There is no scrolling at all with chrome when the element is below in the page. Even the live demo doesn't properly work for me (stops working whenever it has to scroll down). Chrome: Version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)

jep, the demo site is also not working correctly when scrolling in chrome OR when tour elements are below the viewport
