Add translations

It would be great to come up with a way to translate Drawphone, similiar to how Spyfall has done it: spyfall.crabhat.com.

If anyone has ideas, I'd love to here them!

The i18n package allows for easy configuration and integration of translations.

I have a little experience now with translations from doing it with Spyfall. The issue with doing translations is that it would be A LOT of words for people to translate, because the world lists are really long. But, since they're mostly just words and not sentences, a service might be able to do it automatically? IDK.

I would recommend only translating the key interface items (buttons, links, etc). It's probably fine to rely on translators/community members to provide translated word lists that could show up when using the respective locale
