[Feature request] - White Balance needs a sample window

Is this feature request related to a problem?

It's extremely challenging to make a correct white balance adjustment. No monitor is the same. Only well trained colorists can eye-ball the adjustment (and they likely have a monitor with a known calibration). The rest of us can really use digital tool to make this process easier.

Describe the best way to implement this.

We need a sample window that we can place on a known neutral area of the photo to easily and quickly determine a proper white balance adjustment. A dropper with a user selected pixel area could also work for sampling the photo. Once that is selected, then your app can confidently balance the overall image color. The White Balance tool and Area option in darkTable offers a good example of a simple implementation.

An additional option would be to copy an adjustment from a different image. Sometimes we have a good neutral sample in one image but not another from the same photo shoot and lighting conditions. Getting the white balance from the test image and copying the color adjustment setting to all the other photos from the same shoot is really useful and efficient.

Finally, adjustment fields for 'Temperature' and 'Tint' would allow fine adjustment for personal preferences should the auto correct not have the subjective effect that's desired. It also allows known target adjustments to be typed in.
