[Feature request] - Support for Photoshop Brushes, Styles, Shapes, ...

As the title said, If PhotoDemon support the Photoshop's assets (Brushes, Styles, Shapes, Gradients, Swatches, ...), It would be a kick-ass app.

I tried PhotoDemon & found it a very powerful & modern photo-editing app. But the lack of supporting photoshop assets, makes it somehow incomplete.

So it it possible to support photoshop assets in the upcoming Nighty version?

Hi @rayman3003 . Thank you for filing this issue.

Whenever possible, I try to support Photoshop file formats. This is much easier when the features are documented. (Unfortunately, they rarely are.)

Some of the features you mentioned - like swatches - are already supported. It's just not always obvious where. (For example, Photoshop swatches can be loaded anywhere that uses palettes - like the color selector on the right toolpanel, or the Effects > Stylize > Palettize menu.)

The bigger issue is that I can only support Photoshop features that have a direct analog in PhotoDemon. For example, supporting Photoshop shapes would be great... but I haven't built a Shape tool in PhotoDemon (yet). Same for layer styles, custom brushes, etc.

If there are features that PhotoDemon supports, but Photoshop assets are not supported by that feature in PhotoDemon, I will do my best to fix it! (For example, I wasn't aware Photoshop gradients could be exported to file. PhotoDemon does support gradients, so I will see if I can add support for Photoshop gradient files.)

Thank u very much for your hard work. PhotoDemon has the potential as a good free alternative for expensive photoshop.

I will wait & follow the progress of PhotoDemon to see these assets start to support in it.
