how to traslate in lang/vendor/packageName/en

after publish venor traslate in sample path /resources/lang/vendor/shop/en/front.php command php artisan translate:files cannot ditect them . please help me how to traslate them ?

aslo if ask custome path in good like > vendor/shop https://laravel.com/docs/8.x/packages#publishing-translations
