Azure Service Fabric

Hi,

We are experimenting with running Julia as a microservice on Azure Service Fabric. I am a newb when it comes to Docker, but it is my understanding the official Julia Docker image runs in a Linux container. Is it possible to create a Windows container for Docker? Currently, as I understand it, Azure Service Fabric works with either Linux OR Windows containers and we're using Windows containers for our other stuff, so until Azure Service Fabric allows both containers we'll need a Windows container for Julia.

Does this make any sense? We'll try to figure it out, but I'm putting this out there in case any experts can help with not too much effort.
