Quality control of DipC data

Hi Longzhi,

I'm sorry to bother you again. We adopted the library contruction method in "SCIENCE" article to generate our Dip-C data. But, The pipeline you provided run successfully, but I met some problems. For now, I doubt our library contruction may not be rightful. But, I don't know how to perform quality control on our data, except sequencing quality. Honestly, we should use the same cell line in "SCIENCE" article to check if the library contruction was successful. But I'm not the man to do it. Can you give me some suggestions?
