Installation error

Hi,

We are recently trying to install the Cytotalk following the manual. However, we have found that the Cytotalk required R version>4.1.0, but the dependencies PCST is based on python, which conflicts with the R4.1. therefore, I am wondering, what's the environment for the Cytotalk?

Hi,

The R version 4.1.3 and Python version 3.7.3 can be used to install the CytoTalk R package and generate final results successfully. Please try this, thanks.

Hi,

We just updated the steps for installing both the "pcst_fast" Python module and the CytoTalk R package. Now all the commands can be run in the R console and have been tested on Windows and macOS. Please see the new branch "feature_RcallPy" (https://github.com/tanlabcode/CytoTalk/tree/feature_RcallPy)
