Simiki doesn't support LaTex itselt, you can use extra js to do with this, hope this issue #58 can help you.

@Xuanwo This requires another package supported, and needs more research. Use JS maybe more simple?

I prefer the server side solution, JS will also be OK. From my experience while using Hexo, client side js to support latex will make the page load much slower.
