Usually when you want to do QA you want to see the errors you can correct and the data you can integrate. Therefore adding &item=xxxx&level=1%2C2%2C3&tags=&fixable= to the url would improve the usability. Even better: when leaving (by switching to another url), store the item, level, tags and fixable parameters of the url (they're updated) so you can reuse the previously used parameters.
