I have a couple rooms that have 6 labs in them now. My original room will only use the 4 original labs for supply and reactions. All of the lab id's are in memory. My other room seems to be performing properly.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Any thoughts?

I think there's an issue with automatic creation of lab definitions not correctly defining which labs should be suppliers and which should be reactors.

Truthfully, I don't have time to fix the code. And I don't play Screeps anymore. But it's an issue I noticed a few months ago, probably in iterating the labs in creating lab definitions.
